With a commitment of $125,000 annually for two years, the grant will distribute $25,000 grants to five female entrepreneurs each year. The goal is to spotlight the talents and innovations of underrepresented founders, particularly those from Black and BIPOC communities, fostering an inclusive economy and equitable future.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Must be a member of the Fifteen Percent Pledge's Business Equity Community
- Annual revenue between $100K and $1 million
- 2-10 employees, including the founder
- Fosters inclusivity and showcases community impact
- Sells a product or good (excluding beauty products)
- At least 51% female ownership
- Based in the United States

Application Process + Timeline:
To apply, create or update your business profile in the Business Equity Community. Once completed, you'll be considered for the grant. Semi-finalists will be required to share proof of revenue.

- April 30th: Application closes
- August 2024: Finalists announced
